Editorial Policy

Guides and venue articles on Tourism Tickets sites are written and checked by the Tourism Tickets Editorial Team. This policy explains who we are, where our information comes from, how we keep it up to date and how to tell us when something is wrong.

Who we are

Tourism Tickets is operated by City Events LLC. We are an independent ticket seller, not the official website of any venue we write about. Our sites help visitors plan a visit and book tickets for museums, monuments and attractions in each city.

Our commercial interest

We sell tickets to many of the places we write about, and we earn money when you book through our sites. That does not change the facts we publish: opening hours, rules and what you can see are described as the venue states them, whether or not they help a sale.

How we check information

Official sources first. Opening hours, visitor rules, collections and dates are checked against the venue’s official website and, where relevant, other reliable sources such as museum catalogues and public institutions.

Only what can be verified. If we cannot confirm a fact, we leave it out. When sources disagree, we say so or describe the point in general terms instead of picking one.

Works on display. Museum displays change. Before we say a work can be seen, we check its current display status on the museum’s own collection pages.

Sources listed. Guides and venue articles published or reviewed since October 2026 end with the sources they were checked against and the date of the check. We are adding both to older pages as we review them.

How we use AI

We use AI tools to help with research and first drafts of some guides and articles. Every page is checked by the Editorial Team against the sources listed before it is published, and anything that cannot be verified is removed. AI tools do not publish content on our sites on their own.

Prices, availability and ticket conditions

Prices, available dates and ticket conditions shown in our booking sections come from our ticketing system and can change. The conditions shown when you book are the ones that apply to your ticket. Venue rules, such as opening hours or bag policies, are set by each venue and can change at short notice.

How we keep it up to date

Guides and venue articles published or reviewed since October 2026 show the date they were last fact-checked.

We review practical information (opening hours, rules, ticket types) at least every three months and after seasonal changes announced by the venue.

When a venue changes something important, we update the affected pages and the fact-check date.

How we correct mistakes

When we confirm an error, we correct the page and update its fact-check date. If the correction changes something a visitor may have relied on, such as an opening time or an entry rule, we add a short note at the end of the article saying what changed and when.

Translations

Some pages are available in other languages through automatic translation. The English version is the reference: if a translation is unclear or differs from it, the English version applies.

Customer reviews and photos

Reviews shown on our pages come from Tourism Tickets customers. When a section shows only a selection of reviews, it says so. Customer photos are published with the customer’s permission and credited to them.

Report an error

If you spot something wrong or out of date, tell us through our support form or at support@tourism-tickets.com. Include the page address and what needs correcting. We review every report and correct confirmed errors as soon as possible.
